YOUR SUPPORT WAS VERY IMPORTANT!!
The Brockton Area Arc raised
$56,000.00+
in 2011 thanks to ALL
our team members and their supporters.

The second “All Aboard The Arc!” signature event is underway. We hope that our friends, who raised money for their seat on the bus, will remember the fun of last year’s event and chose to participate again this year. We hope that even more friends will participate and ride our buses in 2012, on Sunday, April 29th, in Boston.  Want to know more, read all about our 2012 campaign.  To contribute via mail: print the AATA form and mail with your donation.

To contribute or start your own team, contact Gail Delgado at 508-583-8030 x304 or gdelgado@brocktonarc.net or visit the "All Aboard The Arc!" website.

On April 29, 2012, the bus journey will be to Boston's John Hancock Hall.  Justin Hines, a renowned and gifted performer, has agreed to perform at our event.

The Brockton Area Arc is sponsoring three buses on the journey to Boston.

What we do:

Read "The Messenger" for our Summer quarterly news.

You will need Adobe Reader to view our newsletters and must have it installed on your computer. You can download the free software from the Adobe site by clicking on the "Get Adobe Reader" icon below.

Fund Raising:

Each year the Brockton Area Arc has only two major fundraisers: "All Aboard The Arc!" and our famous and fabulous golf tournament.  The revenue earned during these events is vital to the continued success of our programs.

Employment Services

BAArc operates an Employment Services Program, offering both placement assistance in local businesses and job opportunities at our own Shoe City Contract Company.

Day Habilitation Services:

BAArc's Day Habilitation Program provides therapeutic programming for adults with developmental disabilities.  The day habilitation service model is ideal for tailoring a program specific to each individual program member’s needs.

Family Support Services:

BAArc's Family Support Center provides an active information, education and referral service to all members of the community.

Vehicle Donation Program:

The Arc in Massachusetts and its chapters are pleased to announce a new Vehicles Donation Program.  All chapters of The Arc in Massachusetts can now accept car donations as another method to increase funds to expand our advocacy and support.  This is being done as a collaborative activity through the state chapter.  The process takes minutes and is completely done through The Arc in Massachusetts website.

To find out if your used vehicle qualified, just go to our website, www.arcmass.org, and click on the car in the left-hand column.  Follow the instructions.  Please remember to designate The Arc in Massachusetts, Brockton as the selected charity when you are linked.  Email us at baarc@brocktonarc.net so that the Brockton Area Arc is credited for the donation.
