Brockton Area Arc's Family Support Center offers services that benefit children and adults with disabilities and the people who love and support them: parents, sisters and brothers, grandparents, educators, and others.

We speak your language!

Family Support Coordinators are fluent in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, French, and Haitian Creole. We also speak Spanish! As needed, we arrange for translation and interpretation other languages.

Most of our Family Support services are available to everyone! Our primary service area is:

Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, Brockton, East Bridgewater, Easton, Holbrook, Rockland,
Stoughton, West Bridgewater, and Whitman

Funding for the Family Support Center comes from the Department of Developmental Services, United Way of Greater Plymouth County, All Aboard the Arc!, and other grants.

Information, Education & Referral

Information, Education and Referral Services are available to all people of the Greater Brockton area by telephone, email, or individual or group meetings.

We regularly host workshops for caregivers on disability-related topics: Special education; legal and financial planning; transition planning; public benefits; and related topics. Some programs are presented in Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole and Spanish.
